Day 1 Sunday –

Several National monuments on the way to the Great Canyon. We will visit ruins of the pre-Columbian Indian dwellings, as well as a recently active volcano. By the end of the day we will arrive at the Canyon itself.

Day 2 Monday –

After watching sunset in the Canyon we will start the day with sunrise at the same place, for a whole different experience. Dinosaur tracks, Navajo land, Monument Valley, horseback riding (for the courageous), Goosenecks of San Juan River - are only few attractions of the day. We will end the day in Natural Bridges National Monument.

Day 3 Tuesday –

On this day we will visit two major National Parks – Canyonlands and Arches. If time allows we will drive up the snowy peaks of Mt. La Sal.

Day 4 Wednesday –

Ferry across Lake Powell and drive through the famous Burr Trail. Glen Canyon NRA, Escalante, Capitol Reef, Petrified Forest with chunks of wood turned into stone, Anasazi Indian village and much more, on only the fourth day of our trip.

Day 5 Thursday –

Kodachrome Basin, Spooky and Pickaboo slot canyons, hole in the rock road, various geological features unknown in any other part of the world. This day will bring a lot of fun but we will be very tired by its end.

Day 6 Friday –

Bryce Canyon NP – no words to describe it…

Shabos Koidesh

East of Zion NP Utah.

Day 1 Sunday –

Coral Pink Dunes SP, Pipe Spring NM, Moki Cave and a few other attractions on this rather lazy Sunday.

Day 2 Monday –

Zion NP, East side of Zion, Checkerboard Mesa, Narrows or Emerald Pool Trail.

Most people visiting three of the parks located within easy proximity admit that Zion is the most beautiful of all.

Day 3 Tuesday –

North Rim of Grand Canyon NP, Imperial Point, Cape Royal, Angels Window natural bridge. If we are lucky we may see Bison on the magnificent pastures of the Kaibab forest.

Day 4 Wednesday –

Glen Canyon Dam, Lake Powell, Bend, Marble Canyon, touch of the mighty Colorado River. For those who are willing, rafting on the river down the Glen and Marble Canyons. Navajo Bridge.

Day 5 Thursday –

This last full day of our camp will be filled with surprises. We will visit incredible places and enjoy fun-filled activities which we didn't have time to include before.

Day 6 Friday –

Drive to Flagstaff, Arizona where we will spend Shabbos, perhaps with other visitors coming to these magnificent places. On the way there are still more attractions to stop and see.

Shabbos Koidesh –

Flagstaff – one of the most beautifully located city in the US.

Each time we bed down we will have a campfire with food made on the fire.

Your pants will be dirty more often than not. Every day will bring new, unprecedented attractions and activities.

While having an awesome time, we will never veer from the rules of Halacha that are applied in these extreme environments and conditions. Always remember who we are and Who we are serving. We will Experience Our Jewishness in a new dimension and see our Creator's Fingerprints at every stage. History and geology of the land will be explained by an experienced and knowledgeable guide from the Orthodox Jewish point of view.

This is a list of only the major attractions on our way, with more than 12 National Parks and Monuments within Two Weeks. In each of the Parks you will wish to spend months. There is beauty around every bend of the river and behind every peak of every mountain. We will drive those roads mostly between mountain ranges, including the highest ranges in the continental US. Some of the four-wheel-drives will make jeeping look child's play in a sandbox by comparison. You will not stay behind the glass of the candy store looking in; instead, you will find yourself right inside the chocolate factory. You will see a reality which others see only in IMAX Theaters, on the giant screen. Their view is only on a screen, but you will be where they actually recorded those films.
